My name is Heidi Werner, and I am a creative generalist with 5+ years of professional experience with both small and large brands. I earned a Bachelor of Science in Media Arts and Design from James Madison University, and I specialize in photography and videography. 

I discovered my passion for visual storytelling in 2018 while working on a short promotional documentary series for Palawan Blade. My work on the Palawan Legend series required that I learn in real time how to operate professional audio and video equipment while trekking through rugged jungle terrain in the mountains of Palawan, Philippines. This experience, with all of it's challenges, was incredibly fulfilling and inspired me to pursue a career in creative work.

As a videographer and photographer I work to capture authentic stories that inspire connection. I am passionate about helping small businesses establish a creative voice and working with larger brands to refine the voice they've already established. I also enjoy working with individuals and families to memorialize the love and joy of their relationships.
